109-115 Broad Street and 85-87 Wendell Street are three contiguous office buildings purchased in the summer of 2000 in a joint venture with Carol R. Johnson & Associates ("CRJA"). The building is located along the Kennedy Greenway in the heart of downtown Boston. Taurus completed a major renovation to the 109 Broad Street building as CRJA's corporate headquarters. Taurus sold this asset in March of 2007.
