148 State Street is an 11-story, 64,209-square-foot Class B office building, located in the heart of the Boston's Central Business District. Taurus purchased this art deco office building in 2000 in a joint venture with Public Consulting Group ("PCG"), with the intent of completing a phased, multi-year renovation, and re-tenanting of the majority of the building as PCG's corporate headquarters. Taurus sold this project to PCG after the renovation was complete in late 2004. Taurus Management Group manages the property for PCG.
