As Senior Vice President of Management Services, Erika Clarke is responsible for the group's organization, function, and long-term strategic planning. Responsibilities include supervision and development of staff, such as property managers, assistant property managers, tenant coordinators and maintenance personnel; and oversight of financial reporting, leasing activities, construction management, tenant relations, and development and implementation of standard operating procedures. In addition, Erika holds full profit and loss responsibility for the group, and acts as its liaison to all Taurus operating entities.
