Robyn is responsible for the overall management operations of approximately 160,000 square feet in a mixed use portfolio, Club Deal 131, in the Back Bay section of Boston. Club Deal 131 includes 21 properties with 51 retail tenants, 21 office tenants, and 59 residential tenants. Robyn handles daily management of the properties, along with preparation of monthly financial packages, and annual operating and capital budgets; she also and assists in the acquisition of new properties to the portfolio.

Prior Experience
Before joining Taurus, Robyn spent more than 6 years at CB Richard Ellis as a Property Manager. She was responsible for a mixed use portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space, with locations in Metro Boston as well as surrounding suburban areas.
