Scott is a Principal of Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC, and the Founder and Managing Partner of Taurus Capital Markets. Scott maintains specific responsibility for managing Taurus' institutional relationships, and is further responsible for the development and launch of targeted funds on a global basis.

Since 2003, Scott has successfully overseen the creation and execution of just under $1.5 billion of fund-based transactions in the US and Europe; these activities have been supported by institutional investors from the US, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, and Israel. Specific examples include: Single Tenant Acquisition Program (STAP), launched in 2003; Hornbach AG Sale-Leaseback Program (2004 - 2006); Taurus Euro Retail Fund I (2005 - 2008); and Taurus Euro Retail Fund II (2006 - 2009).
