Boston Business Journal

The real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts Inc. announced this week it brokered four separate sales of office and industrial property in Newton, Quincy and Franklin, netted a total sales of $36.1 million.

In Newton , the firm represented the seller, BPG Properties Ltd. -- the operating affiliate of Berwind Property Group Ltd. -- in the sale of 1210-1230 Washington St. to the Davis Cos. for $16.5 million. Cushman also found the buyer in the deal.

The Newton building is an 89,931-square-foot office complex and is fully-leased.

The Quincy property, a four-story, 126, 419-square-foot office building at 100 Newport Ave., was sold to Granite Telecommunications for $11.4 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, and the seller, Taurus Investment Holdings LLC and Greenstreet Capital Partners.

The building was 100 percent vacant at the time of sale.

On Tuesday, Newton-based National Development closed on the sale of 125 Constitution Blvd. in Franklin to Infindyne LLC and Franklin Capital LLC for $8 million. The 134,133-square-foot industrial building was leased to Dunkin' Donuts Inc. until its new facility was built in Bellingham. Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyers in the transaction.
