Cushman & Wakefield brokers sales worth $36M

The real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts Inc. announced this week it brokered four separate sales of office and industrial property in Newton, Quincy and Franklin, netted a total sales of $36.1 million.
In Newton
, the firm represented the seller,
BPG Properties Ltd.
-- the operating affiliate of
Berwind Property Group Ltd.
-- in the sale of
1210-1230 Washington St.
to the Davis Cos. for $16.5 million. Cushman also found the buyer in the deal.
The Newton
building is an 89,931-square-foot office complex and is fully-leased.
The Quincy property, a four-story, 126, 419-square-foot office building at 100 Newport Ave., was sold to Granite Telecommunications for $11.4 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, and the seller,
Taurus Investment Holdings LLC and Greenstreet Capital Partners.
The building was 100 percent vacant at the time of sale.
On Tuesday, Newton-based National Development closed on the sale of 125 Constitution Blvd.
in Franklin to
Infindyne LLC and
Franklin Capital LLC
for $8 million. The 134,133-square-foot industrial building was leased to Dunkin' Donuts Inc. until its new facility was built in Bellingham. Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyers in the transaction.
Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC
represented the seller.
