Kinsley Forest is a 110-acre commercial and multi-family mixed-use program in Kansas City, Missouri. The size of the original site was 160 acres. Three year ago, a 50-acre portion was sold to Pulte Homes, and was developed into single-family residences and townhomes. The balance is currently being zoned for a 45-acre retail and commercial center that will have over 400,000 square feet of under-roof area. In addition there will be commercial pad sites, and multi-family residences. Once zoning is complete, the parcels of land will be marketed to developers in the above-named land uses.
