Watercolors at Castle Pines is a mixed-use program located on approximately 8 acres in Castle Pines, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. The site will include more than 80,000 square feet of retail and office space, and 36 luxury town-homes. The site benefits from the reputation of the Castle Pines development, which includes the Castle Pines Country Club. This was the site of the International PGA Golf Championship for a number of years. The project is going through the design and entitlement stage in Douglas County. When completed later this year, the center will begin leasing space, and selling town-home lots to local custom builders. Homes will sell in the $400,000 to $600,000 price range.
