Taurus Deerfield Beach is home to the Taurus Asset Management and Acquisitions Team, the Accounting Department of Taurus, the Internal Operations Team and the International Business Development Team.

The Asset Management and Acquisitions Team sources properties for purchase and carries out feasibility analysis, origination, underwriting, financing, and closing of transactions. The Accounting Department works closely with property managers to generate monthly accounting reports for Taurus managed properties, conduct formal property-level audits, and release annual financial statements. The Internal Operations Team manages communication between Taurus's wide-ranging business operations and locations; and the International Development Team facilitates the diverse needs of our foreign investors and partners.
