In 2008, Taurus Jacksonville will launch a commingled US suburban office fund targeted toward Taurus' traditional investor base. Plans are to offer student housing and US industrial/logistics base investment products later in the year. On an on-going basis, Taurus Jacksonville will continue to utilize this business unit to pursue specialized investment platforms with institutional investors.
