Paul Phillips is the Managing Partner of Taurus Jacksonville, a real estate investment advisory group. From 1996 to 2002 he was President of Prudential Real Estate Investors International, and from 1994 to 1996 he was Managing Director of Prudential’s Asian properties advisory business, GRA Singapore. From 1990 to 1994 he served as President of PRICOA Realty, Prudential’s London-based real estate investment advisory business. He is a member of the Advisory Boards for the UF Center for Real Estate Studies and The UF International Center, and sits on the finance and real estate committees for the University of Florida Foundation. Mr. Phillips received a Bachelor’s Degree in 1975 and a Master’s in 1979 in Agriculture and Life Sciences from the University of Florida. He was a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
