Established in 2006 to build upon the success of Fund I, this €300MM ($450MM) portfolio is a Joint Venture with Blackrock Realty, and will focus on retail acquisitions in Germany and CEE. The program is approximately 35% committed and expects to close out funding by the end of 2009.
