As Director, Michael English focuses on Underwriting, Real Estate Development, and Construction Management. Mr. English has 20 years of development, construction and design experience. He has worked as a civil/structural engineer, construction manager and developer for nationally recognized firms. The primary focus of his development experience has been in for-sale and rental multifamily developments and retail.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Taurus of New York, Mr. English was an Assistant Vice President of Development for Tarragon Corporation, a publicly traded development company specializing in home building and merchant building of apartment buildings. Reporting directly to the President, his role included managing all phases of the ground-up development of urban and suburban developments. Prior to Tarragon, Mr. English was a Development Associate for Lincoln Property Company, a nationally recognized developer of multi-family properties. Prior to working in real estate development, Mr. English worked with URS Corporation as a construction and program manager. Prior to working in construction management, Mr. English was a civil/structural engineer with Burns and Roe, designing all structural and geotechnical components of industrial, institutional and transportation facilities.
