Contact: Jeff McFadden 407.539.2310
Challenger South is a multi-phase development comprising of four 75,000-square-foot, one- and two-story “flex-tech” buildings, located in the heart of the Central Florida Research Park (CFRP). The Challenger South complex is on the south side of Challenger Parkway, approximately one mile from the terminus of the East-West Expressway. This development complex was engineered to meet the high-tech user’s needs and compliment the goals of the CFRP.
The“flex-tech” building concept utilized in the Challenger South complex is based on a single-story building, as horizontal space layout has become popular with Taurus' technology-based users. Challenger South was designed with grids that provide for both efficient layout of modular furniture as well as distribution of power and wiring. Challenger South provides an affordable alternative to park tenants without compromising style and utility. The buildings have a polished textured tilt-up façade, architectural features including storefront doors and windows, up to 29’ building clear height, rear entry roll-up doors, loading dock, and upgraded electric capability. Challenger South can accommodate space needs from 5,000 to 300,000 square feet within the same complex.
