As Senior Property Manager for the Taurus Management Group, Keleigh Brouwer is responsible for the daily management of approximately 550,000 square feet of office/industrial space. Keleigh handles the overall daily management of the assigned portfolio, that includes, but is not limited to, fielding all tenant and vendor calls, overseeing maintenance staff, and negotiating all vendor contracts. She also prepares and monitors annual operating & capital budgets, monthly financial reporting, tenant billing, CAM reconciliations, tenant construction (2nd generation), and building improvements. Special projects include the due diligence process for the purchase or sale of assigned properties.
