Taurus Investment Holdings
has received financing to build an industrial park on 73 acres it owns north of Orlando International Airport in Florida.
The Boston-based real estate developer, which received financing from Bank of America, will begin work shortly on the first phase of the project, a 665,000-square-foot distribution space. The company declined to disclose financial terms.
Eventually, the project will consist of 950,000 square feet of distribution and warehouse space, including a 378,000-square-foot cross dock facility.
Since it began in 1976, Taurus has purchased and sold more than 20 million square feet of commercial and residential space.
