TAURUS OPENS CENTRAL EUROPEAN OFFICE IN PRAGUE

Taurus Investment Holdings (www.tiholdings.com) has selected Ben Maudling as Managing Partner of its new Central and Eastern European business.

Ben Maudling is a former head of Central and Eastern Europe for INVESCO Real Estate. He has extensive property experience in Eastern Europe having lived in the region since 1992.

Mr. Maudling said, "I am looking forward to working with Taurus. There are some excellent investment opportunities in the CEE region for an entrepreneurial company such as Taurus. We will be purchasing land and undertaking development as well as looking for under- performing properties that need repositioning. Joint ventures with local developers are particularly interesting at the moment."

To cover both the more established and emerging markets in the region, Taurus Central and Eastern Europe will initially focus on opportunities in the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Ukraine. However, investment in other CEE countries is also possible.
