Club Deal 116 - Indian Hills is located in Austin, Texas in the city’s Preferred Development Zone. The project is a 240 acre site planned for a mixed-use development that will include medium-density apartment units, office, warehouse, distribution, and neighborhood retail uses. The property has significant frontage on the newest 8-lane highway, a 49-mile toll way extending from I-35, southward to U.S. Highway 183 and has the potential to be a $400 million to $500 million development upon completion. Indian Hills will be supplied with super-fast (1 GB speeds) Google Fiber to the site. Sanitary sewer and waterlines are still being constructed and Taurus is currently planning speculative development of two office-flex buildings.
