Club Deal 170 – Mendenhall Business Center consists of five Class “B” industrial properties totaling 665,000 square feet of combined rentable space. Three of the five buildings are rail-served with the two other buildings serving smaller, non-rail-served tenants. Mendenhall Business Center is located within the Southeast industrial submarket, which is in the southeast quadrant of the Memphis Metropolitan Statistical Area and is intersected by I-240, 78 and 57.  This area accounts for 59% of the industrial space in the entire Memphis MSA.
