Bill Mosakowski is Founder, President/CEO of Public Consulting Group, Inc. (PCG), a management advisory and business services firm serving state and local governments in the health care, social care and education sectors. PCG was founded in 1986. The firm quickly grew from a three-person operation to over 2,000 employees and over $500 million in annual sales. In 1999, PCG established Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL) which has become the largest organization in the US providing financial, payroll and tax reporting, as well as other administrative services to populations who choose to self-direct their long-term support needs.
Bill is also is a shareholder and board member in Walden Behavioral Care, a leading health care provider serving those with eating, substance abuse, anxiety and other behavioral disorders.
Prior to establishing PCG, Bill worked at the international consulting firm, Touche Ross; as Director of Reimbursement with Harvard Community Health Plan; and, in various financial roles with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
