Club Deal 122 - This acquisition program was launched in 2005 to take advantage of significant positive spreads between borrowing costs and real property yields in Europe. The program involved the aggregation of grocery-anchored shopping centers located throughout Germany. The stabilized portfolio is comprised of 58 properties totaling approximately 157,000 square meters of GLA. Major anchor tenants include: REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, NORMA and Tegut.
