Taurus Investment Holdings LLC (Taurus), a global real estate private equity firm, today announced the promotion of Bill Garey to Chief Investment Officer (CIO), This strategic move strengthens Taurus’ leadership team, positioning the firm for long-term success, innovation, and continued industry leadership. Bill will be in charge of underwriting and developing all investment strategies, navigating evolving market demands, and capitalizing on new opportunities. Bill will work closely with CEO Peter Merrigan, manage the Investment Committee, oversee financing and equity capitalizations, and build strategic domestic and international partnerships.

A 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Bill has established himself as an industry thought leader, having been featured in Commercial Observer, ConnectCRE, The Business Journals, among other commercial real estate and national publications.
